What is your shipping policy?
When will I receive my order?
We typically take 2–5 business days to process and fulfill your order. Once fulfilled, your package will be shipped out.

- United States: 3–4 business days after fulfillment
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order seems delayed or hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, we recommend the following steps:
- Verify your shipping address
Review your shipping confirmation email to ensure the delivery address is correct. - Check with your local post office
Sometimes packages are held there if delivery is unsuccessful.
Still need help?
If your address was correct and you’ve checked with your local post office and neighbors but still haven’t received your order, please contact us at customerservice@belkaz.store and include your order number. We’ll investigate the issue and work with you to resolve it.
If you notice an error in the address provided during checkout, we can reship the order. However, please note that replacement shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Are any purchases final sale?
Due to the nature of our print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each item is made especially for you after you place your order, so we are unable to offer returns for fit, color preference, or change of mind.
What if there’s something wrong with my order?
If you receive an incorrect item or a product that is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at customerservice@belkaz.store. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only provided if you receive the wrong item or a damaged product. Please reach out to us with photos and your order details, and we’ll make it right.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
We do not offer exchanges at this time. To help you choose the correct size, please consult the sizing chart located in each product description before ordering.
